Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys on land sites and properties
• To take distance measurement, angular measurement, data processing, digital display of point details, storing data , electronic field book.
• Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy
• Research and design methods for survey processes
• Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features (e.g. longitudes, latitudes)
• Build maps, sketches, and charts
• Supervise and provide guidance to field staff
• Purchase and maintain equipment
• Report on survey results and present findings to clients
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on several projects
• Preparing designs from technical specifications
• Advising clients on planning applications and boundary disputes
• Dealing with improvement or conservation grants
• Working in an office, on-site, or at a client’s property.
• Search legal records, survey records, and land titles in order to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed.
• Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with projects.
• Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas, using theodolites, transits, levels, and satellite-based global positioning systems (GPS).
• Train assistants and helpers, and direct their work in such activities as performing surveys or drafting maps.
• Survey bodies of water in order to determine navigable channels and to secure data for construction of breakwaters, piers, and other marine structures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Geomatrics, Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of X years of experience under a licensed Professional Surveyor
• Experience using surveying tools
• Strong math skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency with CAD and GIS software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience 8 + yrs.
• Salary – 3-4 LPA

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Maintaining and arranging Funding for Business Models Related payments, Operational and Other payments independently on daily basis without any escalations.
• Tracking Bank/ Cash Fund flow and managing the Daily Fund Flow movement on time.
• Validating and processing Daily payments on time.
• Supporting Team Head for Audits and arranging the required Audit data as per timeline from respective teams.
• Need to circulate Daily Bank Statements to respective teams.
• Validate and authenticate the data and report the same to Team Head and Bank.
• Check and resolve the queries over call or mail on time.
• Daily Activities : SR Generation, Funds Arrangement as per Requirement, Funds Transfer Activities within Internal Bank Accounts as when needed and EOD.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Good analytical problem solving and time management skills.
• Outstanding knowledge of GST, Tally ERP 09, TDS (WINMAN Software ) MS Office, MIS-report & BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement) .
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Resilience and adaptability towards unforeseen work.
• Experience from 3+ yrs.
• Salary – 3 to 4 LPA
